개인정보 처리방침 (K-magpie 공식 홈페이지)

K-magpie(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 회사가 운영하는 K-magpie 공식 홈페이지(이하 “홈페이지”)에서 처리하는 개인정보에 대한 사항을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

까치툴의 파일·음성 처리와 기기 내 저장

까치툴의 한국어·영어 도구 페이지(/tools/, /en/tools/)는 현재 무료이며 Google AdSense 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. Google Analytics 코드는 넣지 않습니다. 이미지·PDF·한글 문서의 원본 파일과 계산 입력값은 사용자의 브라우저에서 처리합니다. 까치툴 서버로 업로드하지 않으며 광고 사업자에게도 보내지 않습니다. 광고 코드가 처리하는 정보는 아래 5항에서 안내합니다.

페이지를 열거나 필요한 프로그램·AI 모델·글꼴을 내려받을 때에는 사이트 호스팅 사업자에게 접속 요청이 전달됩니다. 이 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 요청한 주소와 브라우저 정보 등이 처리될 수 있습니다. 원본 파일을 업로드하지 않는다는 안내는 이러한 페이지 접속 정보까지 전송되지 않는다는 뜻은 아닙니다.

Cloudflare는 도구 페이지에도 접속·성능 통계 수집 코드를 자동으로 추가합니다. 방문 페이지 주소, 유입 경로, 브라우저·기기 유형, 국가와 페이지 로딩 시간 등의 정보가 Cloudflare로 전달되어 사이트 이용 통계와 품질 개선에 사용됩니다. Cloudflare는 이 분석에 쿠키나 localStorage를 사용하거나 IP 주소 등으로 개인을 지속적으로 추적하지 않는다고 안내합니다. 자세한 내용은 수집 항목 안내와 Cloudflare Web Analytics 개인정보 보호 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

회의록 초안은 브라우저의 localStorage에 임시저장됩니다. 한글 편집기의 자동 복구 초안도 이 기기의 브라우저 저장소에 남을 수 있습니다. 일부 도구의 설정과 오프라인 사용에 필요한 프로그램·모델도 브라우저에 저장될 수 있습니다. 해당 도구를 초기화하거나 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 삭제하면 저장된 내용을 지울 수 있습니다. 파일 연결 자동 저장을 켠 경우에는 사용자가 선택한 로컬 파일에도 문서가 저장됩니다.

회의록 받아쓰기는 기기 내 음성 인식을 우선 사용합니다. 사용할 수 없으면 음성이 브라우저 제공사 서버에서 처리될 수 있다는 안내를 보여 주고, 사용자가 동의한 경우에만 브라우저 서버 인식을 시작합니다. 취소하면 음성 인식을 시작하지 않습니다. 서버 인식의 처리 위치와 보관 조건에는 사용 중인 브라우저 제공사의 정책이 적용됩니다. 민감한 내용은 직접 입력해 주세요.

사용자가 결과 파일을 다운로드·공유하거나 외부 링크로 이동한 이후의 처리는 사용자가 선택한 앱·사이트의 정책에 따릅니다. 문의 이메일에 본문이나 파일을 첨부해 보내면 해당 정보는 문의 처리 목적으로 운영자에게 전달됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

1) 홈페이지 이용 시 자동으로 수집되는 정보

홈페이지는 별도의 회원 가입이나 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 서비스 안정성 및 보안, 접속 통계 분석과 품질 개선을 위해 다음과 같은 정보가 서버, 호스팅 사업자 또는 웹 분석 도구를 통해 자동으로 기록되거나 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 접속 일시, IP 주소, 브라우저 종류 및 버전, 접속한 페이지 주소(Referrer 포함)
• 기기 종류, 운영체제 정보, 화면 정보 등 웹 브라우저가 전달하는 기본 기술 정보
• 방문 페이지, 체류 시간, 유입 경로, 사이트 내 이용 행동 등 웹사이트 이용 통계 정보
• 대략적인 지역 정보, 쿠키 또는 유사 기술을 통해 생성되는 식별자

이 정보는 통상적으로 개인을 직접 식별하기 위한 목적이 아닌 서버 운영, 보안 유지, 접속 통계 분석 및 서비스 품질 개선 목적으로 사용되며, 회사가 별도로 이를 다른 정보와 결합하여 특정 개인을 식별하는 행위는 하지 않습니다.

2) 문의 시 사용자가 자발적으로 제공하는 정보

사용자가 이메일(support@kmagpie.com) 등으로 문의를 주시는 경우, 회사는 문의에 응답하기 위하여 다음과 같은 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 쿠키(Cookie) 및 유사 기술의 이용

까치툴 도구 페이지와 일부 홈페이지·콘텐츠 페이지에는 Google AdSense 코드가 포함되어 있습니다. Google Analytics 코드는 까치툴 도구 페이지를 제외한 일부 홈페이지·콘텐츠 페이지에만 있습니다. Google은 해당 페이지에서 통계 분석 또는 광고 제공을 위해 쿠키, 웹 비콘, IP 주소와 기기 식별자 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 제3자가 브라우저의 쿠키를 저장하거나 읽을 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 Google 파트너 사이트의 데이터 사용 안내를 확인해 주세요. 광고 개인 최적화 설정은 Google 내 광고 센터에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

사이트의 정적 파일은 Cloudflare Pages(Cloudflare, Inc.)에서 제공합니다. 호스팅 과정에서 처리되는 접속·보안 정보에는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. Google과 Cloudflare의 처리 과정에는 해외 서버가 사용될 수 있습니다.

회사는 Google Analytics 코드가 포함된 홈페이지·콘텐츠 페이지에서 방문 통계 분석 및 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 까치툴 도구 페이지는 제외됩니다. Google Analytics는 쿠키 또는 유사 기술을 사용하여 방문 페이지, 접속 시간, 브라우저 및 기기 정보, 대략적인 지역 정보, 유입 경로, 사이트 내 이용 행동 등의 정보를 수집하거나 처리할 수 있습니다.

회사는 해당 정보를 개인을 직접 식별하기 위한 목적으로 사용하지 않으며, 웹사이트 이용 현황 분석, 오류 개선, 콘텐츠 품질 개선 등의 목적으로 사용합니다. 광고 코드가 있는 페이지의 정보 처리는 위 광고 안내에 따릅니다.

Privacy Policy (K-magpie Official Website)

K-magpie (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”) operates the K-magpie Official Website (“Website”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this Website.

K-magpie Tools: files, dictation and local storage

The Korean and English tool pages (/tools/ and /en/tools/) are currently free and may show Google AdSense ads. They contain no Google Analytics code. Original image, PDF and HWP files and calculator inputs are processed in your browser. K-magpie does not upload them to its servers or send them to advertisers. Section 5 below describes the information processed by the advertising code.

Loading a page, program, AI model or font sends a request to the hosting provider. This may involve an IP address, request time and URL, and browser information. The no-file-upload statement does not mean that connection information is never transmitted.

Cloudflare automatically adds a usage and performance measurement script to the tool pages. Information such as page URLs, referrers, browser and device types, country and page loading times is sent to Cloudflare for website statistics and quality improvements. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or localStorage, or persistently track individuals using IP addresses or similar identifiers. Meeting-note drafts are stored in browser localStorage. The HWP editor may also keep recovery drafts in local browser storage. Some tool settings and resources needed for offline use may also remain in the browser. Use the tool's reset function or clear its site data to remove them. If you enable automatic saving to a local file, documents are also written to the file you select.

Dictation tries on-device speech recognition first. If unavailable, the tool explains that audio may be processed on the browser provider's servers and starts browser-server recognition only after you agree. Cancelling does not start speech recognition. The browser provider's policy governs its processing locations and retention. Enter sensitive material as text instead.

Files you download or share, and external websites you choose to visit, are subject to the policies of those apps and sites. Information you send in a support email, including attachments, is delivered to the operator to handle your inquiry.

The Website does not provide sign-up, login, or member accounts. However, for security, system operation, website analytics, and service improvement, the following information may be recorded or processed automatically through our server, hosting provider, or analytics tools:

We use the collected information only for the following purposes:

• Analyzing errors, access issues, and improving quality
• Analyzing website usage, such as visitor count, traffic source, and pages viewed
• Responding to user inquiries and handling complaints
• Complying with legal obligations and resolving disputes
• Delivering and measuring ads on pages that contain advertising code, including the tool pages

3. Retention Period

• Server logs: May be retained for a certain period to ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with laws. The retention period follows the policies of our server or hosting provider and applicable regulations.
• Analytics data: Information processed through analytics tools such as Google Analytics may be retained and processed according to the policies of the relevant service provider and our settings.
• Inquiry-related data: Retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide follow-up support. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted without undue delay. For dispute prevention and resolution, we may keep it for up to three (3) years.

4. Third-Party Disclosure and Processing

• We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties without your consent.
• For hosting and infrastructure, we may use external service providers (e.g. web hosting). In such cases, we take appropriate contractual and technical/organizational measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.
• We may use Google Analytics to analyze website usage statistics and improve our services. In this process, Google LLC may process information collected through cookies or similar technologies. Google's processing of information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics policies.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The tool pages and some homepage and content pages contain Google AdSense code. Google Analytics code appears only on some homepage and content pages, not on the tool pages. On those pages, Google may process cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device identifiers for analytics or advertising. Third parties may place or read browser cookies. Static website files are hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Connection and security information handled by the host is covered by the Cloudflare privacy policy. Google and Cloudflare may process information on servers outside your country.

We use Google Analytics on homepage and content pages that contain its code to analyze traffic and improve the Website. The tool pages are excluded. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect or process information such as visited pages, access time, browser and device information, approximate location, traffic source, and website usage behavior.

We do not use this information to directly identify individuals. We use analytics information to analyze website usage, address errors, and improve the quality of our content and services. Processing on pages with advertising code is described in the advertising notice above.

You can refuse the storage of cookies or delete previously stored cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking cookies may affect some website functions or analytics measurement.
