까치툴에 올린 이미지·PDF·한글 문서 원본과 계산 입력값, 까치테스트·운세에 넣은 생년월일과 이름은 이용자의 브라우저 안에서 처리합니다. 운영자 서버로 업로드하지 않으며 광고·통계 사업자에게도 보내지 않습니다. 테스트 결과를 공유하는 링크에는 계산이 끝난 결과값만 담기고 생년월일과 이름은 들어가지 않습니다. 이름 궁합의 ‘결과 링크 복사’처럼 복사되는 공유 문구에 이름이 함께 들어가는 경우가 있지만, 이 문구는 이용자 기기의 클립보드에만 복사되고 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
다만 페이지를 열거나 도구에 필요한 프로그램·AI 모델·글꼴을 내려받을 때는 호스팅 사업자에게 접속 요청이 전달되고, 이 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 요청한 주소와 브라우저 정보가 처리됩니다. “파일을 업로드하지 않는다”는 안내가 이런 접속 정보까지 전송되지 않는다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
회의록 받아쓰기는 기기 안의 음성 인식을 먼저 사용합니다. 쓸 수 없으면 음성이 브라우저 제공사 서버에서 처리될 수 있다는 안내를 보여 주고, 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 서버 인식을 시작합니다. 서버 인식의 처리 위치와 보관 조건은 사용하는 브라우저 제공사의 정책을 따릅니다. 민감한 내용은 직접 입력해 주세요.
MonBreak 등 일부 게임·앱 소개 페이지에는 YouTube 동영상이 들어 있습니다. 동영상을 불러오거나 재생하면 YouTube(Google)가 쿠키 등으로 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 결과 파일을 내려받거나 공유한 뒤, 또는 외부 링크로 이동한 뒤의 처리는 이용자가 선택한 앱·사이트의 정책을 따릅니다.

파기 절차와 방법 : 보유 기간이 끝났거나 목적을 이룬 문의 메일은 메일함과 휴지통에서 삭제해 복구할 수 없게 합니다. 개인정보를 종이로 출력해 보관하지 않으며, 출력물이 생기면 분쇄합니다. 외부 서비스에 남은 기록은 각 서비스의 보존 기간이 끝나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
쿠키는 웹사이트를 열 때 브라우저에 저장되는 작은 텍스트 파일입니다. 이 사이트의 기능 자체는 쿠키를 쓰지 않지만, 아래 광고·통계 코드가 쿠키를 저장하거나 읽습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 메일 문의를 하지 않거나 5항의 방법으로 Google Analytics를 차단할 수 있습니다. 다만 웹사이트는 Cloudflare를 통해 제공되므로 접속 기록의 국외 처리는 거부할 수 없습니다.

운영자가 따로 모아 보관하는 개인정보는 문의 메일뿐입니다. 통계·광고 정보는 운영자가 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 형태로 갖고 있지 않으므로, 5항의 설정이나 Google·Cloudflare가 제공하는 개인정보 도구로 관리할 수 있습니다.
이 사이트는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

This policy applies to www.kmagpie.com (Korean, English and Japanese pages) and the K-magpie blog (blog.kmagpie.com), operated by K-magpie (“we”). Yaong Myeongri (yaong.kmagpie.com) and the Korean history study site 역사까치 (history.kmagpie.com) have their own policies. Apps and games on Google Play follow the app-specific policies linked from each app page and store listing.

Image, PDF and HWP files and calculator inputs you use in K-magpie Tools, and birth dates and names you enter in Magpie Tests and fortunes, are processed in your browser and are not sent to us or to advertisers. Shared result links contain only the computed result, never birth dates or names. Share text that you copy, such as in the name compatibility test, may include the names, but it is copied only to your device's clipboard and is not sent to us. Loading a page, program, AI model or font still sends a request to the hosting provider, which involves your IP address, request time, URL and browser information. Dictation in the meeting-notes tool uses on-device speech recognition first; server-based recognition by your browser vendor starts only after you agree. Some game and app pages embed YouTube videos; when a video loads or plays, YouTube (Google) may process information using cookies.
Emails that are no longer needed are deleted from the mailbox and trash so they cannot be recovered. We do not keep personal data on paper; any printouts are shredded.
Most content pages, such as K-magpie Tools, Magpie Tests and the daily fortune pages, and the blog contain Google AdSense code. Some pages, such as this policy, the disclaimer, the contact page, game and app pages and guides, do not.
To block Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without cookies; you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: a Google-certified consent message asks for your choice before advertising cookies are used. If you do not consent, Google serves only non-personalized or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time from the message's settings.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties, except where a competent authority requests it under applicable law. Google's collection through advertising cookies is Google's own collection described in section 5, not a transfer by us.
Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Data is transferred over the network when you visit a page or send an email, and is kept for the periods in section 4. If you do not want this, you may refrain from emailing us or block Google Analytics as described above; access logs are processed by Cloudflare whenever the website is used.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@kmagpie.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 10 days. The only personal data we collect and keep ourselves is your email; analytics and advertising data can be managed with the settings in section 5 or the privacy tools of Google and Cloudflare.
Only the operator handles personal data. All pages are served over HTTPS, the values you enter in tools and tests are not stored on our servers, and access to operating accounts is controlled.
This website is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
